Rizwan is the Senior Director Advisory and Audit of Dawood Saif & Co. Chartered Accountants and is responsible for providing Business and Financial Advisory services. Before Joining DS, he has strategic level experience of various manufacturing and retail businesses. Rizwan’s experience of over 10 years enriched him with detailed knowledge of audit assurance, financial advisory. His clients included the manufacturing concerns including textile and prominent pharmaceuticals, airline, gas exploration, construction companies locally and internationally.

In his last position he was Group Head of Audit Department at Al Rahim Textile and Al Rahim Retail (Kapray and Zellburry brands), where he was reviewing operational and financial KPI’s and formulation of strategies for their achievement. Lead a retail fashion brand as COO and work for the establishment of brand personality, architecture and value. He has worked with Deloitte & Touche Pakistan and Abu Dhabi offices, and served varied clients of diversified industries.

In his role as Senior Director – Assurance & Advisory, Rizwan serves clients for business performance evaluation and due diligence, developing business plans, feasibilities and strategies. Assessment of various business models, competitor strategies and market evaluation. Conducting business and audit risk assessment and developing internal control framework, business process reengineering and improvements including business automation and ERP implementations.

Rizwan is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) from Association of Certified Chartered Accountants UK. He is also Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Singapore Quality Institute International (SQII).
